Why is my Elegoo printer offline?

Quick fixes

First: Try restarting the integration service.
sudo systemctl restart simplyprint-elegoo

1. Is the integration running?

systemctl status simplyprint-elegoo

To restart:

sudo systemctl restart simplyprint-elegoo

2. Check setup

  1. Find installation folder (usually ~/simplyprint-elegoo)
  2. Check config file has correct printer IP
  3. Re-run setup if needed: ./install.sh

3. Network check

ping

The device running the integration and printer must be on the same network.

Neptune 4 with Klipper?

If you have a Neptune 4 or similar with Klipper firmware, use the Klipper/Moonraker setup instead.
