Go to the SimplyPrint panel

In order to cancel your subscription plan, you'll have to start by going to the SimplyPrint panel. At the panel, in the left sidebar, you'll find "Settings". On the settings page, go to the tab called "Subscription":

Cancelling your subscription plan

Once at these settings, it will be possible to cancel your subscription by choosing the Free plan option, which will downgrade you at the end of your current subscription term, and effectively cancel your subscription.

You're only on a paid subscription plan if you have specifically upgraded and entered your credit card information, or signed up for invoiced payments. This means when you're put on the automatic 14-day trial period for a paid plan, which happens automatically when you sign up, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan automatically at the end of your trial period, and will not be charged anything.

To modify the subscription settings of your account, you must be the owner or otherwise have permission. If you do not see the "Subscriptions" tab in the settings page, contact the administrator of your account.
