Integrate OttoEject (Ottomat3D Automan) with SimplyPrint

Please consider adding support for the OttoEject system by Ottomat3D, currently on Kickstarter. It allows automatic print ejection and queue-based job starting. It's a great fit for automated workflows and print farms.
