Get rid of auto print needing to wait for the bed to cool down before starting again.

Currently when I cancel a job, auto print waits for the bed to cool down before it heats the bed back up. It should already know that the bed is clear (since I have already told it that) so there's not much of a reason I can think of that the bed st
